When I was young, my father and I would go to watch the U.S. Olympic white-water trials in Connecticut at the Farmington River’s Tariffville Gorge, known for its class 3 rapids. In the past several years a new competition has been organized there: the Jamie McEwan White Water Triple Crown. I took these shots in 2010 and 2011 of slalom and freestyle competitors. If you can ID anyone in the shots that lack a name in the caption, please contact me. (Thanks to Amy Sullivan, David Su, Lisa Salazar, and Christopher Nickerson for the IDs that I do have.)
